Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times are separate from delivery times.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected postal delays, shipping may take slightly longer, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Fees

Domestic Shipping and Self-pickup
Orders are shipped after payment approval using the domestic shipping method selected at checkout.
Delivery Options:
1. Home Delivery (Courier – Domestic)

Delivery within Israel takes up to 7 business days.

Free of charge for all domestic orders.
2. Self-Pickup (Local Customers)

Available by appointment, Sunday–Thursday, 10:00–16:00, at:
HaMitspe Street, 14, 9084500 Abu Ghosh, Israel. -
Self-pickup is free of charge.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, strikes, holidays, or if the customer does not respond to coordinate delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at miyu.limited@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it promptly.
Customs. Duties, and Taxes
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Mi&u is not responsible for these charges if they occur — they are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
