Return Period
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is:
Defective
Damaged
Incorrect
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
Personal care goods (beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellation Policy (Israel)
Customers may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, according to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), unless otherwise stated for a specific item.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to miyu.limited@gmail.com.
The cancellation will take effect only after written confirmation from the store.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete, undamaged, and unused.
Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued according to the store’s policy.
Handling and shipping fees may be deducted as stated in the order details.
Note: Made-to-order items, personalized products, or products that have been opened or used are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.
Product Warranty
All items are carefully inspected before shipping.
However, we shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use or handling of the product.
In the case of a manufacturing defect or delivery error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at miyu.limited@gmail.com.
We will review your claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You will be notified if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
